Shipping and Delivery

Please allow 4–6 weeks for your New England Garden Box to arrive.

Our garden boxes are handcrafted from high-quality materials, making them both sturdy and heavy — some sizes require a forklift or tractor to move once delivered.

We arrange freight through a courier, with depot-to-depot delivery as standard. If you'd prefer delivery to your door, just let us know — we're happy to organise it. You're also welcome to collect your order from us in Glen Innes, NSW. Free local delivery is available for multi-box orders within the New England area of NSW.

The table below provides a rough estimate for depot-to-depot freight. Final shipping costs are calculated individually for each order.

When you place an order through our website, it’s held as a draft — no payment is taken at checkout. We'll follow up with a tailored freight quote based on your location and order size. You'll then receive an invoice with the total, including your garden box and freight — or just the box if you're picking up, arranging your own freight, or qualify for free delivery.
